After getting attacked and poisoned by a boar god enraged by an iron bullet inside him, our hero Ashitaka travels to the city where the bullet was made. The leader of the city, ambiguous Lady Eboshi, pits her forces of gunpowder-age progress against the surrounding forest and its mythological guardians. One of these guardians is a girl raised by wolf spirits who allies with Ashitaka to end the chaos. |
