Changed into an android at death, pert and cute Honey Kisaragi (Eriko Sato) now transcends not only death, but just about any physiological situation with which she is faced. Unfortunately, her memory was another casualty in the I-System process that allows her batteries to charge by a sudden diet of rice ball sweeteners into Cutie Honey, Superstar. Once sugar is ingested, she appears in a flash in her hot pink costume, ready to tackle anything that gets in her way, leaving behind her bubble-headed office cubicle-worker self. Her arch-nemesis is Gold Claw (Hairi Katagiri) who is behind the malevolent Panther Claw group, under the orders of Sister Jill (Eisuke Sakai). The group has learned that Cutie Honey relies on a magical amulet, and now they are after it.
