|
This is an epic fantasy adventure that pairs the two most famous martial artists of our time, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. When a teenager from New York named Michael discovers an ancient artifact in an old pawn shop he is transported back to mythical ancient China. Befriended by a drunk teacher (Jackie Chan), Michael discovers the artifact belongs to the Monkey King who is trapped in a fortress by an evil warlord wizard. Michael now has to return the artifact to its owner and free him from his bondage. Along the way, they are met by a monk (Jet Li) who is also seeking the Monkey King. But will this team of misfits be able to reach the fortress when they are hunted by the warlord’s soldiers and an evil witch. |
