“Green Hornet” is the tale of Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) who is a lazy underachiever who has amounted to nothing in his life. When his father, James Reid (Tom Wilkinson) dies, Britt is left to inherit his father’s newspaper company and his most trusted butler, Kato (Jay Chou). As crime in the city heightens, Britt and Kato turn to vigilantism to avenge the death of their friend and loved one. Calling themselves The Green Hornet and Kato, the two begin connecting the death of James to the city’s biggest criminal, Benjamin Chudnofsky (Christoph Waltz) and then to D. A. Frank Scanlon (David Harbour). Now the Green Hornet and Kato have to take down the city’s biggest criminal. |
