Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind is an animated movie set in a nuclear holocaust thousands of years in the future. Princess Nausicaa (Alison Lohman) struggles with the moral issue of the destruction of the toxic forests while trying to keep her village safe from its' dangers. With the help of Lord Yupa (Patrick Stewart) she must save her village when it is taken over by a warlike clan, the Tolkmenians. She manages to escape into the forest and teams up with the forests dangerous creatures for a final battle, where the stakes are everything. They must stop the Tolkmenians from releasing a force so powerful it would destroy nearly everything and create another holocaust. |
